Someone supports a soft svininka, others — for a juicy chicken, the third prefer a marinated small fish. But what to do to those who is eager for a variety or has just refused animal products?
The answer is simple — to prepare a mushroom shish kebab! With him no meat is necessary as incredibly fragrant, juicy and rich dish turns out. And that the shish kebab left such, it is necessary to pickle mushrooms correctly. Today we will also tell, how exactly it must be done.

Champignons – 500-700 g
Lemon juice – 2 tsps.
Sauce soy – 4 tablespoons.
Fennel and parsley – to taste
Pepper paprika – 1 tsp.
Sunflower oil – 4 tablespoons.
Salt, pepper and other spices – at will.
After preparation of all necessary ingredients, we start specifically preparation of mushroom brochette. For a start carefully we wash out champignons.
