And I have a question, what the fuck, Airbnb does not remove such ads from its base and does not ban such careless owners, if not to say, specific bastards who breed travelers in the hope that they get away with it.

And now what turned out to be real.

The master left before I could understand the scale of the tragedy. Was the road and I was tired. But 15 minutes of walking around the apartment and impressions from the bathroom quickly sobered me up. Wrote the owner, he said without a single emotion (apparently the usual situation) that move out, and leave the key in the mailbox. But to cancel it can not, like it does not have such a function. And if I cancel, I lose the cost of the first night — at least something, but not really, as I only booked for 3 nights.
Then I wrote to Airbnb. He wrote in Russian, just as it is, and made the most savory photos. Then he went to the hotel. In the morning from the technical support came the answer that the apartment does not meet Airbnb standards and we canceled your reservation. Later I dropped the letter in the mail that the owner cancelled the booking due to renovations. Yeah, the repairs, he was going to do that 10 times. Probably knocked on the head to the owner though I would block at once such. The ad, by the way, still hangs, and for some reason it seems to me that everything in the apartment remained still.
In principle, all turned out without problems. Therefore, the case, though unpleasant, but ended up fine. Apart from the fact that I had to go urgently to the first hotel.
With another apartment, the situation was somewhat different. The pics she did fire, though the price is 1740 rubles per day. For Moscow-Moscow region is quite inexpensive, and perhaps already here it was necessary to think, given that the reviews zero. The second point-in this apartment owners live and periodically rent it, so everywhere other people's things. I do not like this, no feeling of emptiness and minimalism, especially not to friends also come to visit. Although this may be a plus, as the apartment was made for themselves (for example, in Hong Kong rented luxury apartments).
In fact in the apartment, really, good equipment, good repair, but ... whether there pigs live, whether the previous guests it specifically dirtied. Children's beds in addition to mattresses, some pissed and smelling of urine rags. The refrigerator was not cleaned for a very long time, some dill on the walls recalls. One last thing. Instead of the owner of the apartment I was settled there by his parents. But then the situation was different. The owner apologized and said that I would try to cancel and return the money. I still wrote to Airbnb, the next day they said, but never contacted and told what will happen next. The owner is also posted in tech support (off the screenshot), that wants to return the money to the guest. Probably invented some reason not to spoil the rating (if any). And 2 days later he transferred the amount for the reservation and he just threw it on the Russian card. Very similar to a divorce, so for me it remained a mystery why the place is so dirty. While all this was going on and the days which could be cancelled, reduced, was not easy, suddenly will Scam on the part of the owner.
