These fine beechen trees age grow about 300 years about the small village at Armoy in the County of Antrim of Northern Ireland.
Because of closely intertwining branches of beeches locals called a wood tunnel "Dark fences" (Dark Hedges).
This favourite place of the Irish photographers who go here to make pictures at different times years and different time of day.
The photos of beeches made on sunlight in fog or in evening twilight, bear the atmosphere of the mysterious bewitched wood.
